Just a thought in my head
The FDA has really screwed up since they approved a new type of combustible cigarette. Apparently this will protect us more than any other kind of non-combustible tobacco flavored or differently flavored product can or will.. （。々°）
Regulating real or synthetic nicotine, and levels of that nicotine is a whole other story. I will say in short though that while it is difficult or illegal to get nicotine in some parts of the world, it's a lot easier and cheaper (in the short run maybe..) to get cigarettes just about anywhere..
Our world is in a terrible mess, yet governments and a slew of public health agencies all over have spent billions of bucks and wasted a lot of time that could've been spent on more important things.
Money is on the bottom line though..
