Trump says he may cut income tax 'completely' because of tariff income
I can't believe that he still thinks an exporting country is the one that pays a tariff fee. To me he's probably thinkin' "well we're already gettin' money from them (US consumers) this way, so I'll make them think I'm doing something good by cutting income taxes."
